Japanese Sub in Brest/U204

<HTML>Can anybody tell me which Japanese submarines arrived at Brest between June 1941 and February 1942? I have a photo of the 1st U-Flotilla commander Hans Cohausz entertaining Japanese crewmen in Brittany (and trying his hardest to use chopsticks). I know of a later visit by I8, but Cohausz was gone by then.
Also I am trying to identify a man from another photo. I have some shots from U204\'s commissioning ceremony and there is a man photographed mainly with Walter Kell. He wears glasses and is from the Panzers. Did Kell have a brother?
Any help would be great.
