Help u-boat in Brazil

Hello
My name is Ricardo, I'm from Brazil.
Friend I need some help, a few days ago I found out about an alleged naval base here in Brazil and there are stories of it being a support base for German submarines for refueling.
Do you know, have read or heard anything about this subject?
A naval base in Santa Catarina - Brazil - Ilha da Rita.
Or some report about German submarines being supplied in Brazil with either fuel or supplies.
OBS: If you know of a similar issue that has happened in another location outside Santa Catarina and can help me, I will be very grateful. I've heard reports of people having contact with German crew members in Espirito Santo - Brazil.
I'm waiting for a contact.
