Need some information on u-boats for a game

<HTML>A couple of ? i had are.

If the U-boat goes into a crash dive how long will it take for it to go under water and how fast will it dive?

If they blow the ballast how fast will they surface?

how often would you find a U-Boat with some form of painting on the tower, like a sub mascot or fish bird anything like that?

thanks for the help and i will be asking more questions so look for them and help if you can. any and help is great.
