<HTML>My wife and I really enjoy pickled herring as a snack. We would like to know if this was something that the U-Boot crews took to sea with them. Also known as \"roll-mops\". It is a wonderful quick energy source and would most certainly be popular in Northern Germany. Former U-Boot crewmen please respond. She and I have a bet going.
