<HTML>Many of the U-boats that served in the Mediterranean did have a camouflage paint scheme, this consisted of various splotches or wavy ,irregular shaped bands of Italian blue-grey over Kriegsmarine light grey. for some good pictures please see U-BOATS IN ACTION by SQUADRON/SIGNAL PUBLICATIONS.</HTML>
