U-21 Watch Question

<HTML>Recently I was travelling in Bulgaria and I ran across an object I have never seen. The object was a \"Ancre Prima\" 15 Joule pocket watch. What made the watch interesting was its presentation case. The watch was in a brass \"clam shell\" type case which had a Swastica with a raised Death\'s Head in the middle. Right below that was a raised image of a submarine. Below that was \"U 21\". I am sure the object is original. The brass and the leather padding used inside the Brass case are quite old. Inside the watch case is an anchor symbol with the initials \"RW\". If any one has an idea who might have owned the watch or why it was placed into such a presentation case, I would appreciate the information.</HTML>
