<HTML>My Uncle John\'s date of death is officially recorded as October 31, 1941. I don\'t know if this solves the riddle of who sank the King Malcolm. If this is correct then it would have to have been the U -374. I don\'t know how the Canadian government, however, arrived at this date. I have requested a copy of the KTB from U-374 to see what that has to say. If anyone else out there has any more information please let me know.
Many heartfeld thanks to both Rainer and Bill for there postings and information. And by the way - excellent website and resource!!</HTML>
