<HTML> the destruction of the basis of U-boote of Lorient has
begun this Tuesday 10 / 04 / 2001; the enterprise Catana
is going to take block Keroman I and Keroman IVA to
install these workshops. Soon are going to disappear:
- the metrethick armoured doors (pens 1-5)
- dock gate of the slipway
- the slipway
- travelling crane
- the windlass
- the weelheed trolley
- the motive platform
- the moveable transverser
- the cradle tractor
-some wall of K IVA
soon it no longer will be possible to visit block KI and K
II. Works will be ended September debut.
thus The system for bringing the U - boats ashore
and into pens (built by ++M.A.N) will be destroyed
in the indifference of authorities.
if you have to visit the basis of Lorient, do not delay. ..
