Albert schwabe was my great grandfather who died a few years ago, my least memory of him was when (suffering from alzheimers) he spotted a U-Boat on the front cover of a Book club advertisement (probably 10 years ago now) and he recognised that as one of the boats he sailed on during his career and just wandered if anyone had any details of his career and would be interested to find out what his life as a young man was like.
