Good morning !
May I suggest that you use search engine of this forum ? You'll find a lot of answers for your concern about nervous breakdown ( Most known case being U-109 CO, "Ajax" Bleichrodt ), and on-board suicide ( Höltring, Zesch,..) or suicide "through sentries"(Lüth, Henke...).
