Wynn, K. (1998), U-Boat operations of the Second Worl War, Volume 2: U-511 -UIT 25. Naval Institue Press, ISBN 1-55750-862-3, p. 14 - 15.
For her sinking, Busch/Röll Band 4 gives only scant information on page 85.
I will look further to see if there are pics of her in the literature. Let me know if you need a scan from Wynn\'s book.
