<HTML>We know Argentina was neutral in WW2 and trading with both sides (like any clever neutral should do).She was also very interested in updated technology and equipment; so why Peron surrendered to the USA the two U-boats that arrived in Argentina? Why Franco of Spain, who also got two (one during war time, interned according to international war law and later officially \"sold\", the other after the armistice) kept them? Which status was allotted to the respective crews?
