Is it true that the Kriegsmarine and the U-boat was not ready for War when it begin in 1939? I remember that i read something that the entire Kriegsmarine was suppose to be ready by 1945! If it`s true, if Hitler had waited it probably have made a huge difference in the course of the War. </HTML>
