U-534, Type IXC40 at Birkenhead (albeit in a not exactly enjoyable shape)

With some freedom of interpretation, one could also add Vesikko, a prototype IIA at Helsinki. She is of the same basic design as German U-boats and she did fight on German side in WW-II, as Germany and Finland were allies, so...
