I saw the message on Russian forum. Whether the man is interested is in Germany any organization or private persons interests the information on the German soldiers lost in Russia. The question is given in connection with detection of a body of the German pilot of times WW2. Embassy of Germany in Russia this information does not interest also it in these questions is not engaged.
