the format is definitely Std PAL, lookup :-

I copied the program last night, I can also record/transcribe ANY format including the pseudo types ie Mesecam, all NTSC 3.58, 4.43 etc . If you have any doubts about a video not arrriving at Ying\'s maybe I could give it to one of our Chinese mainland students who could post it internally.
