I have reasently visited the German military archives in Freiburg in order to study and copy KTBs concerning about 40 specific u-boat attacks. I now understand that the British microfilmed German Naval Records shortly after WWII, and US National Archives seems also to have this material.
On [www.uboatarchive.net] I find a Guide to WWII material with a reference to the article below, however, I have not been able to find that 1914-1918 text itself:
"Guides to the Microfilmed Records of the German Navy, 1850-1945: No. 1, Records of U-boats and T-boats, 1914-18."
Basically I want to know if the WWI and WWII u-boat KTBs are online somewhere, or if they can be purchased conveniently in an electronic format?
