Kindly note that Rohwer's "Axis Submarine Successes" is still being edited by Thomas Weis.
I don't think that there will be a new printed edition, but the results can be seen as a database online on our website Historisches Marinearchiv:

As Thomas is no member of this forum, new results, improvements and corrections can possibly be made in our forum:
