The same data you may also find in "Die deutschen Uboote und ihre Werften" (subtitle: eine Bilddokumentation über den deutschen Ubootbau von 1935 bis heute) by Eberhard Rössler (Bernard & Graefe Verlag, 1990, ISBN 3-7637-5879-8).

But here there are a few pages of text with details about the origin/history of each yard (covering not just its relation to uboat construction), a sketch with the yard's layout and its slipways, and - as the subtitle of the book implies - a lot of photographs showing uboats in several stages of construction at each of the yards.

The book was first published in 1979 in 2 volumes.
The later 1990 edition covered all shipyards in 1 volume.
