In light of George Walker\'s mention of U-156 and Werner Hartenstein in a previous thread, I have noticed that on this site there is no mention of other u-boats that he had served on. So my question is, did Hartenstein serve on any other u-boats or was he just given U-156\'s command without any u-boat experience?

I would be interested to see what you guys come up with.
