DRPM & RWM?

<HTML>Hello Everyone,

This is off the subject of U-boats...so please forgive me.

I just read an article that referred to the Deutsche Reichspostministerium and the Reichswehrministerium. Does anyone know about these two branches of the Reich government? Such as what were their duties? (ie -purpose).

Thanks for you help as always. Sorry for going off on a tangent.
