Kriegsmarine binnoculars ?

<HTML> Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a pair of binnos at a garage sale. They are Zeiss 6x30. The eagle over the M is not present, but instead of Dienstglass it reads Marineglass, with the serial # underneath. The one piece eyecup cover is still attached. Could these have been issued to land based personnel?</HTML>
