Command: Aces of the Deep Won\'t work with Win 98

<HTML>HELP!!! I have owned a copy of Command: Aces of the Deep for several years and just recently pulled it out of storage. I cannot make it work on my Windows 98 based computer. I have contacted tech support tons of times but I still can\'t make it work. Any suggestions???
