<HTML>All,
Here I am, having my fish and chips, and what do I see? A mutiny....
Lads, lads, lads! The Order of Battle was that Chris was organising the trip, MPC was doing the accomodation and I was hoping to get to write the spiel on the boat for the musuem. Up to yesterday 1 & 2 were happening....my 3 was somehow passed over and given to someone else. I\'m not bitter. I know I\'m an arrogant SOB damned good writer with credits to my name and a 5 year column in a magazine, numerous national short stories published...so what?
Seriously, this trip is a show of enthusiasts from around the wold with one subject interest: U-boats.
Without pontificating and sounding like some over stuffed a*****e.
GET A BLOODY GRIP!
If Chris doesn\'t go, I will withdraw - childish, maybe. However, he is coming from Oz, which is a long way to travel - and that means something.
So, get your heads together, get your apologies shined up -
- present yourself, apology neatly folded under yer left arms, and let\'s get the trip back on the road!
Aye,
John
