Video: Story of SS City of Cairo/U-68

I am trying to locate a copy of a video mentioned on the Movies section of the website. The video entitled 'Goodnight Sorry for Sinking You': the story of the sinking of the SS City of Cairo was made in 1989 by TVS International. All attempts to trace this video have come to nothing.

I would be very grateful if anyone could help.
