I checked a good movie source and Harrison Ford is filming one movie now and will be filming two next year and none of them are submarine movies.
Your co-worker may have seen a clip for "K-19 Widowmaker" that came out a few years ago or "possibly' Ford is hosting a program that deals with with the topic of submarines...
