Does anyone know if this kit was only available in 1.144? That seems to be all I can find. I was under the impression that Revell had released a 1.72 version of the VIIC/41.Its pretty frustrating, because Nautilus has discontunued their conversion kit for the VIIC model.

I think to be clearer. I am really wanting to make a typeVIIC/41 . I have trawled the interweb and am becoming more and more disallusioned as I go on. I cant even find somewhere to buy another 1.72 kit. Nautilus models did a conversion, but it seems to be discontinued. I cant believe that with the amount of interest around about this subject, that some company wont bring out another model of this

I have just taken delivery of the Revell 1.72 U boat kit, and all I can say is, even though I had read so much about it, I was quite taken aback by the scale. She is huge! My problem is, I am not sure which boat I want to copy, but one thing I am, sure of, is that I want it to be a later model. The trouble with the kit is, all the choices are earlier boats with the deck gun and little anti-aircra
