I assume that the mine must have been ejected fast enough and the submarine traveling slow enough that there was no danger of collision between the submarine and the mine. Something that I have long wondered is how is the Walter engine different from a hydrogen peroxide torpedo engine such as that in the Japanese long lance torpedo? I'd appreciate any clarification on this.

Hello to the forum. I have a question about the TMB mines and I was hoping these could be answered here. How were these mines launched? I believe that up to three mines could be placed in a torpedo tube. This leads me to wonder: - could the mines be launched individually or did all three have to be launched at once? - If the mines could be launched individually, how were they launched? What
