does any one have any history of this ship particularly during the period 3 Nov 1944 and 15 Jun 1945, it is understood that she was part of Minesweeping Flotilla 140 out of Harwick. I am lead to believe that the Telegraphist Ronald L Sandy was killed on board sometime during this period. Hello All, I am trying to trace my fathers career in the Naval Patrol Service and as someone said its like trying to knit with fog. I have a few sticking points where I cannot find out info does any one out there know about an Armoury called "LENT" Its on my fathers official documents but I cannot find. He went there prior to going to the USA to pick up a vessel (BYMS 19 later 2019)
