Does anybody have any photographs of either of these two T-class group 1 submarines? HMS Tribune appears in the film Close quarters(1943) and on her conning tower are displayed battle honours in the form of metallic ribbons.,did her sister HMS Triumph also have this?

A correspondent of mine is going to the UK National Archive next week to see if he can find Turbulent's patrol order.Hopefully this will specify his operating area and tasking. I would be surprised if two allied submarines were given the same operating area,but I am not sure how much co-operation was taking place in mission planning.
