Looking for material (i.e. location of primary docs, secondary material) on this fellow. Currently writing a book about the German Intell apparatus in North America during the Great War. Appreciate the input. Yes i believe by 1918 communication in wireless aboard the U-boats as well as other German boats were able to communicate with land devices. By 1918 U-boats were able to transmit at greater distances. Some authors say no more than 300-500 kilometers. Was it possible that the U-boats could do ship to shore communications with possible German agents equipped with portable wireless devices?
