I have a personal account from an officer on a Light Cruiser stating 'periscope sighted' and there is a U Boat listed as sunk. I attach section of Royal Navy dispatches from the battle. Hi folks! I'm currently creating an archive relating to WW1 light cruiser HMS Caroline. I understand that one U Boat was sunk during the battle, possibly by ramming. Has anyone any more information regarding the sinking - I'm new here and totally in the dark! Best regards, Pete Bleakley
