Sorry for all the posts- if I could edit or delete an earlier one, I would. I found the internment record of Ernst Israel Moser on the UK National Archives site, listed as being on the Arandora. He was not "EJ Moser." Where did you find that name?

Thanks for replying! I know his name- Ernst Moser. I have to do some checking on the other info. He was probably born between 1885 and 1895 since his wife was born in 1894, but maybe that's not specific enough? I'll get back to you.

My wife's grandfather died as a Jewish refugee/prisoner while being transferred from the Isle of Man to Canada. Supposedly the ship he was on was hit by a Uboat. Is it possible to find out more about this incident- the name of the ship, and a possible record of his death?
