All -many thanks for your quick responses ...I have since found an obituary of sorts on the Christ Church College, Oxford website which says that "...when the ship on which he was travelling from Madagascar to Fiji, was sunk by the Japanese on July 4th 1943". I am currently looking into those who were at the Nairobi School/Prince of Wales School and who died in WWII. Amongst those who died was a Maj. Edward Hillam Clayton Luckham (he was I believe a teacher at the school).
