Hello, i search for more details from the japanese frighter "Shonan Maru". Ship is sunk at 13.may.1942 from "USS DRUM" at 34.00N 139.00E. The gross tons are given with 5356 or 5264 or 5266. Any source says, the building year is 1918 ??? At the time of loss, the ship is used as troop transport. have anyone more about the ship? (Builder, earlier names, corr.GRT) best

Hello, in the database is the loss from Neptune at 17.dec.1917 by a mine layd from U-80 connected with submarine commander Karl Scherb. The Barrage 93 is dropped at 10.may.1917. This time is Alfred von Glasenapp the commander from U-80. Is this right ? best regards Michael D.

Hello, the position of loss for the steamer "Gryfevale" by U-151 is in the database given with "10 miles N of Cape Blanco, Majorque". (Same position is given in the wrecksite.eu) But the loss of the "Moyori Maru" on day earlier is off spanish Sahara. A big distance for one day for the lame U-Kreuzer's. It is right the Cape Blanc off Mauretania ? best
