how can you see the "motor" through a hole in the bow, if you see the motor, the hole should be in the midships /aft region of the sub. pictures would help.

any suggestions for making a Type VIIc submarine. I am up to the waterline, and have added the camouflage scheme of the U-201 as seen on the Revell model, but have to do it in a dark grey. any ideas on u-boat camouflage? remember, i am working with squared bricks. will post pics when finished.

from what i know, the UC series of submarines were designed for use in heavy seas (hence, the bulgy bows) and were used for transport, patrol and minelaying. that is about all i can remember, but i never thought of them as single screw subs. how did you identify it as UC14?
