Torpedo turn radius and TDC

Does anyone know the turn radius for the German torpedoes? And was it the same for all types of torpedoes?
I'm trying to simulate the vorhaltrechner and obviously the turn radius is an important factor when calculating the torpedoes final course.

Also, how fast were the vorhaltrechner and the setting up of the torpedo? I thought it was a matter of 2-3 seconds but in the book "Battle beneath the waves" it is stated that it took several minutes for the computer to calculate and set up the torpedoes. Can anyone confirm this, I have a hard time believing that it was that slow.
