A G7a has - as stated in other posts - a turning radius of ca. 90 metres at 30 kn. I'm not sure about the G7e, but it would for sure not be any better (having the rudder in front of the propeller would mean slighly less effiency).

The turning radius would be larger just after launch, as the torpedoengine is running with reduced power, and the effect of the rudders are not optimal.
