I misspoke, well actually mistyped, that there had been three versions of the book. There were, however, at least two. The copy I had was a softcover version (which I, unfortunately, no longer own) and had on the cover that it was a \"Revised Edition\" of the original, which is why I picked it up in the first place.

I sold it about two years ago (no offense Axel) when I bought both of Wynn\'s books. After reading both of your e-mails, I called the store where I sold it to see if just by chance it might still be there. It was not.

I apologize for my error of saying there were three versions.
