Hi,
here's a few possibilities that I know of. I'm afraid none of them are 1/35 scale though.
1. Get a 1/40 scale Robbe U-47 Type VIIB U-boat kit, this is an easy-to-build R/C sub kit well worth it's money. (I got one myself)

2. Get a 1/32 scale Type VIIC U-boat kit from 32:nd Parallel, this is a more advanced R/C sub kit.

3. Another possibility...I have heard that this can be done but haven't seen it myself. Get a 1/72 scale Amati U-47 Type VIIB U-boat kit, make a mold of the hull and install your "R/C stuff" in the hull.
