Hi,
I think I know of this vendor. Could it be H. Hasse Schiffsmodelbau?

They have hulls for Type VII, IX, XXI and Seehund. They also have a new released U-25 dynamically diving kit. I happen to have their catalog availiable so if anybody is interested in details, send me an e-mail. The catalog is from autumn 1999.
