Another bit of help

On Ubosat.net go to the flotillas section, then combat flotillas. Look at the 23rd Flotilla, based at Salamis, Greece, and the 29th, at La Spezia, Itlay. There are listings of the Mediterranean boats there, you can then find out info about boasts which may have had the camouflage scheme you're looking for
