If you are looking for building a u-boote and if you have room ( at least 1m90 long )
then maybe you can go for the VIIc u-boote from Accurate Armour.
Go to www.accurate-armour.com, choose products and then choose 1.15th scale models, rockets and submarines

They also have a quaside but i can comment that.
