Hi Max:

I have found a aviation / marine grade
adhesive that will do the job. It is called "T-88".
The product thickness is about the same as regular epoxy and a lot
thicker than the epoxy you use for fiberglass work. You can use it
down to 35 degrees F.. It is the most widely used structural adhesive
for marine, homebuilt aircraft, and general woodworking use in the
United States for the past 20 years. It will also cure in high
humidity. I've done some pull test on different materials ie...
brass, aluminum, epoxy/fiberglass, styrene, wood... and it works
better than everything else that I have tried. I have not tried
Stabilit Express, so I don't know if T-88 is better. I ordered mine
($17.00 usd for a pint kit) directly from the factory to insure
freshness, their address is as follows:
System Three Resins, Inc.
Suite 105, 3500 West Valley Hwy, N.
Auburn, WA 98001
Phone: 1 800 333-5514
website: [www.systemthree.com]

Good Luck and Good Hunting,
Jerry Pope
