Hi Steve;
Had the same problem with a different part. After getting nowhere with a dealer in the U.S., I send a "nice" email to Robbe telling them how bad their dealer service in the U.S. was and how disapointed I was in their handling of customer requests.
Bottom line, they mailed me all I needed for free directly from Germany.
The other option is to go to their website and buy the new catalog. You look up the parts you need and order them from a store in Germany with CC. Including shipping charges the material will be still much cheaper then if you go through the dealer(s) here in the U.S.
Question, who is the dealer that you have troubles with?
Take care.
