purchasing u boat models

hi

first of all i am interested in u-boats'but not modelling.so i'm no expert on such things.
but i want to get a decent u boat model.
my budgets about $200 -£150
i want a later type vii or type ix or type x with lots of anti air arnament.


any idea if i can get such a model online for my budget?

also does anyone know if it;s possible to get ready made models rather than kits as like i said before i've not a modeller,
