Thanks for the news - update.

I gave all the invoices, faxes, letters, etc. to my lawyer today.
He has to contact an US colleague to fix the legal case, although you could apply your local national law if you are a private person, doing business with 32nd parallel.

I´ve told the people at 32nd parallel, that I will prepare a press release to all modellers magazines plus online services.

Within a few hours I received an answer, that they will send the missing parts
(batteries, propeller, motor), which was of course a lie. So far.



Problem is, that I don´t want to give up the boat (XXIII) and the missing prop cannot be replaced with european metric ones.
Is there a good online shop for replacement parts?
