Hi Joe,
Delayed because of monor production problems in casting of tower details. Damaged master moulds caused complete rebuilding of the masters of these towers (long and short). My builder friend (yes he still is my friend :-)) ) tells me sub-suppliers problems solved by now. Unfortunately, his real time job is making increased demands on his available 25hrs/day.
Thus, the two type nine protypes (U172 as orig. built and 505 as captured) are delayed to this fall. The moulds for type seven prototypes (U552 and 995) are finished, but because of above reason do not have time to produce them (only 2 kits delivered in Germany last 10 months).
As you can see, this is no way to make money. :-))
