Hi Franck,
quick observations:
1) you glued the ventury incorrectly on top of the tower coaming. Cut it off carefully, flip it 180 degrees and reglue it flush with the top of the tower coaming on the outside of the tower - not on top!
2) both periscopes are too fat, fwd one a little more forward. Both need tapering.
3) CT hatch is positioned incorrectly, hinge is just to port of the aft periscope block.
4) lower upper grab rail outide face of CT a little and delete the lower one atop the wave deflector. Use thinner wire, otherwise it will be too fat with a couple coat of paint on it.
5) the bell does not look right and the flagpole is a little long.
