Hi Franck

Hmmm, this model I believe is the Revell 1/25 scale U-boat kit.. U99 ?
Your painting on the deck looks nice...but incorect..? Most U-boats had a
muddy dark brown/grey colour on them. Below the water line looks correct, as the Germans did use a two tone paint jobs (light grey above & dark grey below) to their U-boat fleets during the war... I'm not sure what you mean in your first paint job?

Tip...use 2mm metal shafts rods for the props shafts, instead the 2x plastic ones supplied with the kit. You find it will look much better.
